When we created lamb bacon we were asked how do you cook lamb bacon. We quickly realised that lamb bacon recipes didn’t exist. Can you imagine, having the opportunity to create lamb bacon recipes from scratch? We knew we had to create easy lamb bacon recipes so you could start to experiment at home. We also knew had to enlist the ideas and experience from some seriously good recipe creators. We have a team of Chefs, at home Masterchef’s and Food Lovers who are all busy in their kitchens whipping up the next best lamb bacon recipe.
First up is Margaret O’Malley, Caterer, Cooking Teacher and Mother of 3 growing boys. Marg was quick to provide her support in developing some of these amazing recipes. She has contributed the following delicious recipes Creamy Mushroom & Lamb Bacon Carbonara, Lamb Bacon Wrapped Scallops perfect entrée, Lamb Bacon Burger with Home Cooked Chips & a Rolled Lamb Loin with Lamb bacon (maybe an exciting lamb bacon Christmas recipe?). We have had a day of cooking, eating and taking food pics. Our dear friend Mick Russell was lucky enough to have significant skill with his camera and a healthy appetite.
