Lamb Bacon on trend in US, Australia is next.
After researching Lamb Bacon globally we were excited to see that Lamb Bacon is on trend in the US. Initally when we searched there was one company in the US making Lamb Bacon. It didn’t appear to be a actively selling Lamb Bacon. We began to worry, if it wasn’t successful in the US, could it be successful here?
We undertook product research and taste testing. The results and feedback proved that Australian Lamb Bacon was going to have an impact on the Australian menus and shopping carts.
Our flavologist, Jon, is an American living in Australia. With years of experienc in creating flavour profiles, we think we’ve got the best of both countries. Our Lamb Bacon made with Australian grass fed lamb coupled with flavour combinations and smoking techniques that would leave the others behind.
We are proud of our contribution to this growing segment. And even more proud to have released it to the Australian consumers first.
