Christmas is a time for giving, and we’ve just finished our testing of the newest member of the Lamb Charcuterie Team, Lamb Ham. So we want to give this gift to you. Looking for something different to present to your guests at the Christmas table, that is healthy and has the perfect Aussie Christmas appeal, then our original lamb ham ticks the boxes. As the name suggests it is Lamb prepared like you would prepare ham. We take extra time pickled in salts and brown sugar , we smoke using a gorgeous selection of woodchips for a depth in colour and flavour. We use grass fed Australian lamb from Toni Barton’s property, in Nulla Vale Victoria. We’ve just finished these photos of our LamBam.
