- 1 pack of Lamb Bacon
- 2 Avocados
- ½ cup of grape tomatoes
- ½ cup of Romaine Lettuce
- Limejuice 1 teaspoon
- ¼ Teaspoon Garlic powder
Dice bacon and cook on skillet, starting it cold and turning it onto medium-low heat before draining on paper towel.
Slice avocados in half and take out the pit. Remove half the flesh and put in mixing bowl.
Add the halved grape tomatoes and chopped lettuce to mixing bowl before mashing all ingredients together.
Add the lime juice and garlic powder before seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the bacon slices to the mixture when cooled and mix together before scooping back into the avocados.
