We have taken some time over the last few months to decide where we want to be, and where we need to go, driving 5 hours return to my facility 3-4 times per week will not get on the to do list – ever again.
Instead we are currently working with an amazing smallgoods manufacturer who is making our Lamb Bacon while we finalise the plans for an on-farm smokehouse.
Meanwhile you can buy Lamb Bacon from your choice of 8 Victorian farmers markets or shop online. For all online orders we ship on Mondays, express post, wrapped in a biodegradable, food grade, wool insulation with ice packs. We have shipped all over Australia and the product remains chilled on arrival. (if in the case the product has not arrived by the expected time or there are concerns over the products integrity, call us we will replace your order.)
We will provide you with the tracking number so that you can make sure someone is home to accept the delivery, or leave an esky at your front door, in case you wont be home for some time after the delivery. We always provide permission to leave at the front door otherwise we may lose 2 days in the process of it returning back the warehouse and then onto your Post Office
How long does it take for delivery?
Most of Victoria & East Coast Australia delivery usually occurs next business day. (Tuesday)
Regional Victoria & West Coast and Northern Territory usually within 3 business days.
We ship on Mondays, so if your order is in by Sunday it will be included the next days dispatch. (Pending Stock Availability)
